CHRIS'S CHRISTMAS QUIZTIME

(Match the ingredients to the drink)

1)    50ml Tequila;25ml Cointreau;25ml Freshly squeezed lime juice (Shake together with ice & serve in a salt-rimmed martini glass)
2)    50ml Scotch Whiskey;50ml Boiling water; teaspoon powdered sugar; Lemon zest (Pour
      whiskey into one of two tankards and the water into the other. Light the whiskey and         mix the two tankards by pouring the blazing ingredients back and forth so as to create a  constant flowing flame. Dispense ingredients into an old-fashioned glass and serve with a twist of lemon)
3)    50ml Gin;25ml Sweet red vermouth (Stir the gin and vermouth together with ice. Strain into a frosted martini glass)
4)    50ml Gin;Dry Vermouth;1 green olive or lemon zest (Pre-chill your glass, fill the mixing jug with ice & add the ingredients in the required ratios. Stir quickly and smoothly for 10 seconds. Serve with an olive or a strip of lemon zest in a martini glass)
5)    40ml Brandy;20ml Cointreau;20ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice (Shake ingredients with ice & strain into a cocktail glass)
6)    25ml Vodka;25ml Tia Maria;Coke (Pour ingredients over ice into a highball glass)    
7)    50ml Golden Rum; 12.5ml Fresh lime juice;12.5ml sugar syrup (Shake with ice and strain into a frosted martini glass)
8)    50ml Rye Whiskey;25ml Sweet Vermouth;1 Dash of Angostura bitters (Stir together with ice & strain into a martini glass)
9)    50ml White Rum;1 Lime;Coke (Pour rum over ice in a highball glass. Cut the lime into wedges and squeeze into the glass and then drop wedges into glass also. Top with coke)
10)     20ml Gin;20ml Cointreau;20ml Freshly squeezed lemon; Dash of egg-white (Shake with ice & strain into a martini glass)
11)     50 ml Vodka;180ml Tomato juice;Freshly squeezed juice of ½ a lemon;pinch of salt & pepper;1-3 dashes Tabasco sauce;1 bar-spoon of horseradish;4-6 dashes Worcester sauce; Pinch of celery salt (Shake with ice & pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon slice & a stick of celery)
12)     12.5ml Vodka;12.5ml Gin;12.5ml White Rum;12.5ml Tequila;12.5ml Cointreau;Fresh lemon juice;Dash of Gomme syrup;Coke (Build ingredients over ice into a Collins glass.
     Top with the coke and garnish with a lemon wedge)
13)     50ml Gin;25ml Lemon juice;12.5ml Sugar syrup;Soda water (Shake the Gin, Lemon juice and syrup with ice. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice & top with the soda water)
14)     50ml Bourbon;Dozen fresh mint leaves;1 teaspoon of  white sugar (Muddle the mint and sugar together with a dash of the bourbon in a highball or rocks glass. Fill the glass with
      ice and add the rest of the bourbon. Stir & garnish with a mint sprig)
15)     50ml Gin;Dash of Angostura bitters (Pour ingredients over ice into a rocks glass & stir to chill. Squeeze in oils from a lemon zest and use zest to garnish)
16)     50ml Vodka;25ml Tia Maria;25ml Single Cream (Pour vodka and tia maria into a rocks glass filled with ice. Layer the cream on top and garnish with a stemmed cherry)
17)     50ml Gin;25ml Cherry Brandy;5ml Sugar syrup;15ml Fresh  lime juice;Dash of Angostura bitters;Soda water (Shake the ingredients with ice and pour into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with the soda water)
18)     30ml Whiskey;30ml Drambuie (Pour ingredients over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a zest of orange)
19)     50ml Vodka;12.5ml Galliano;Fresh orange juice (Pour the vodka and orange juice into an ice filled highball glass. Float the Galliano on the top & garnish with a slice of orange)
20)     50ml Gin;25ml Fresh lemon juice;12.5ml Gomme syrup; Soda water (Fill a Collins glass with ice and add the above ingredients in order. Top with the soda water, stir & serve)
